Hi there! My name is Natalie and I am based in Chicago. I am currently working at Consumer Cellular remotely based out of Portland, OR as a UI/UX designer. My time there has truly given me the experience of working at least 3 different places. Starting from working with a team of 5, helping to implement product KPI’s and key metrics (taking on more of a role as a product designer), to being the only UX designer for the entire organization, to now working in a team of 3 to see how we can create a UX team and implement UX methodologies into our processes.
I began my career in UX working at an agency where I got the joy of doing more user research and discovery for a variety of different clients. I truly value all parts of the UX process and overall am just passionate about delivering a quality product to the end-user.
I love to learn and am always looking to expand my UX toolkit. Currently I am working on getting my Nielsen Norman certification, and have already completed a course in Analytics & User Experience.
